Job description

We are searching for someone who lives to score! Somebody who is driven by creating new opportunities and closing deals. We are looking for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about selling products and services we offer to new and existing clients.  

As Sales Representative you will initiate new contacts, create new leads, follow up and close deals to create new business only to move on to the next new lead. Always striving to find the products and/or service which best fit the individual needs of the client.  

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, up-to-date information technology knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Most importantly you have the need to be successful, and create and close deals.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify new prospects and leads
  • Create new leads and assist with marketing campaigns to create leads
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Close deals
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships 
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule 
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments 
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports 
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends 
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Real Go-getter/sales hunter
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent understanding of IT practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships 
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills 
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs 
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to initiate, manage, and follow up on multiple leads at the same time 
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent active listening skills 
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally 
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends 
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and preferably a combination with Papiamentu, Spanish, and/or Dutch
