Job description

We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our Sales team on Curaçao and Aruba and help fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll be on the front line; opening doors, sparking conversations, and turning business challenges into smart IT solutions. You’ll sell value, not just products, backed by a strong technical team and a solid portfolio including managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Generate leads through outbound activities, cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Own the sales conversation from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Present and sell solutions with confidence, clearly demonstrating business value and ROI.
  • Analyze customer needs and position the right solutions, no one-size-fits-all selling.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver on promises and exceed customer expectations.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and customer insights and feed them back to management.
  • Continuously sharpen your sales game by staying on top of best practices and trends.

Requirements

  • A commercial mindset, you see opportunities everywhere and act on them.
  • Proven ability (or strong ambition) to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Confidence to pick up the phone, start conversations, and handle objections.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills; you know how to tell a compelling story.
  • Results-driven attitude with the resilience to push through challenges.
  • Natural customer focus with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Competencies aligned with the role: Assertiveness, Commercial Power, Customer Orientation, Negotiating.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch, Papiamentu, and/or Spanish are a big plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but drive, grit, and performance matter more than titles.
