In this role, you will design, implement, and support modern workplace solutions that enhance collaboration, security, and productivity across cloud and hybrid environments. You will be responsible for optimizing cloud-based Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, automating processes, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience.

• Design, deploy, and support Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Intune, and Endpoint Manager.
• Provide advanced (3rd/4th line) support to resolve complex issues related to cloud and hybrid workplace environments, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Automate tasks and optimize cloud solutions using PowerShell, Terraform, or other scripting languages.
• Implement and manage security solutions, including Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust security models.
• Lead technical implementations of modern workplace infrastructure and contribute to strategic IT initiatives.
• Monitor and manage IT service operations, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.
• Support identity and access management (Azure AD, SSO, IAM solutions) for seamless user authentication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying risks, optimizing workflows, and keeping up with evolving workplace technologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert for customers and internal teams, providing guidance and sharing best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role and/or 8+ years in ICT.
• Azure and Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator, or Solutions Architect).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or similar) to automate system tasks and processes.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with identity and access management, security policies, and device compliance solutions.
• Certifications and experience in Firewall technology are a plus.
  Fluent in English; Dutch, Papiamentu, and/or Spanish are a plus.
