Job description

We are searching for someone who is driven by creating new opportunities and closing deals. We are looking for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about selling the products and services we offer to new and existing clients. As a Sales Representative, you will initiate new contacts, create new leads, follow up and close deals to create new business only to move on to the next new lead. Is this a position for you?

Key responsibilities

  • Identify new prospects and leads
  • Create new leads and assist with marketing campaigns to create leads
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Present, promote and sell products &services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships 
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments 
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field 
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent understanding of IT practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships 
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills 
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and preferably a 
    combination with Papiamentu, Spanish, and/or Dutch
  • A real team player, stress-resistant, pragmatic, and enthusiastic
