For our growing organization, we are looking for an enthusiastic, talented, engaging and entrepreneurial colleague to join our NetPro team as a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for searching and matching high-quality IT professionals. Your primary focus is on end-to-end recruitment.

Are you social, energetic, and driven to find matching IT candidates?

• Hunting for potential candidates
• Supervising the end-to-end recruitment process
• Screening applications and conducting interviews for different roles
• Managing your network of potential candidates
• Recruiting through and managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)
• Take care of an excellent candidate experience
• Organizing and attending recruitment events
• Drafting contracts and performing analyses and reports on the performance of the recruitment process.

• Graduate with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in Recruitment
• Exceptional communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluent in English and Dutch, Papiamentu and Spanish are a pre
