We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about selling products and services we offer to new and existing clients.
As Account manager, you will act as a point of contact for new and existing clients. Your primary responsibility is to create new leads and follow up on them. You will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and contacts, always striving to find the products and/or services that best fit the individual needs of the client. You also aid internal departments by collecting information when needed, such as testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, up-to-date information technology knowledge, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build relationships with clients.
