We are looking for a Front-End Developer with strong React expertise to join our Business Solutions team. In this role, you will focus on building and optimizing scalable, high-performance front-end services while ensuring seamless integration with React-based back-end applications. Your work will directly enhance the performance, security, and user experience of modern web applications.

• Develop, test, and optimize modern front-end applications with a focus on user experience
and performance.
• Implement and integrate front-end components with React-based back-end systems.
• Work with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js to create engaging, interactive web applications.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility across all platforms.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect web interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Develop and maintain APIs to support front-end functionality.
• Participate in Agile/Waterfall projects, contributing to planning, estimation, and code reviews.
• Optimize performance and improve the overall application speed and user experience. 

• Strong experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Proficiency in React (hooks, components, state management)
• Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Good knowledge of SQL databases and experience working with Azure DevOps and Azure infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office systems/software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Dutch, Papiamentu, and/or Spanish are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but we value talent, technical skills, and passion over formal education.
