Job description

As a Financial Administrator you are part of the Finance unit and primarily responsible for maintaining the administration in good order. You are part of the finance team, stationed in Curacao.

Key responsibilities

  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Processing bank statements
  • Creating, sending, and following up on purchase orders and invoices
  • Preparing payments for online banking
  • Handling the personnel administration (HRM)
  • Keeping track of and counting inventory


  • Advanced Vocational (level 4)
  • Minimum of a completed advanced vocational level 4 (MBO degree in the field of financial administration/accounting).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch, English, and Papiamento language, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and accounting systems/software.
