Network Specialist (Aruba, Curacao, St. Maarten)
Job description:
We are seeking enthusiastic, inquisitive and positively driven persons, who are capable of working within a team. The Network Engineer will design, install and maintain computer networks which are mainly based on Microsoft, Cisco and HP technology. The person should be flexible and eager to learn the newest networking technologies available. The network engineer will be reporting to the Technical Department manager.
We require:
- Degree in higher technical education (HTS TCK, BSc or equivalent)
- Experience with Microsoft Server 2003 or higher (including active directory) and Microsoft Exchange 2003 or higher
- Excellent knowledge of IP based networks and routing protocols
- MCTS/MCSE/CCNA certifications are required
- Fluency in English; Dutch and Papiamentu is an advantage
- Skills to produce professional project documentation
- Flexibility and perseverance, no 9-5 mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
