To our customers we keep providing different kinds of solutions, in case something doesn't work as it is supposed to, we are always there when they need us.
With the support of our great partnerships, containing major ICT providers in the world, we are able to offer you four different Service Level Agreements:




1. This is hourly based @ Nafl. 180,00 per hour. No fixed response time.
2. Hourly contract, which includes a block of prepaid hours: for example 50 or 100 hours, with 4 hours response time.
3. Hourly contract, which includes a block of 50 or 100 prepaid hours, with 3 hours preventive maintenance a month. Also 4 hours response time.
4. Total Service Level Agreement includes a fixed price per month, with a minimum response time.
Our technician department also offers the possibility to repair and look after the products that are malfunctioning . Important to know is that every technician has a minimum degree of MCP, which means we are offering top quality, and take care of your goods like they belong to us.
